How does Bin Ends automatic markdown system work?

An average of 50% of the wines we offer will qualify for our automatic markdown system.  The system works like this:

binendswine.com receives 50 cases of "WINE X", which is priced at $50 per bottle, the equivilant of 25% off the normal retail price. After 3 weeks, the inventory remaining is marked down an additional 10%, and 3 weeks later, if there is any stock remaining it is marked down an additional 10% for a total savings of 45% off normal retail prices.

I purchased a wine a few weeks ago, and now it's at a lower price, can I get a refund?

Because of the volitility of our inventory, we have no way of knowing whether a wine will make it to the next pricing structure or not. For that reason, with the exception of flawed wines, all sales at Bin Ends and binendswine.com are final.

I'm interested in a wine you are not listing.  Can you get it for me?

We will make every effort possible to source special orders.  Please send us an email at info@binendswine.com with any special requests.
