Bin Ends Notes:
We get pretty excited about all of our offers, especially Buy The Case offers. It's a pretty sweet high to have the opportunity to put an offer out that we can sit back and say "Damn that was fun!". Even better to watch our incredible customers crash our website and fill the store at 9am sharp every Wednesday. So for this... We thank you!
Today's offer is a notch above the rest. Not only does this Pinot Noir absolutely rock, and not only is this a nationwide low price on this wine, but it is from a producer that means quite a bit to Bin Ends. We have a strong relationship with Trapiche, I represented them here in New England for about 5 years and John (via MS Walker) was my largest customer for much of that time, we have nothing but respect for the largest of Argentina's wineries. As we have noted before, they are the rare large scale producer that manages very high volume while routinely pulling off some of the countries top wines. They're a great company, great people and produce some of the planets best values.
Speaking of value....This is an outstanding opportunity! Truly world class Pinot Noir at a price that is unheard of for this varietal. Just $6.00 per bottle is insane, it's next to impossible to find good Pinot Noir at ten bucks per bottle never mind five! Did we mention this is a nationwide low price? (Vinquire Link)
The 2008 Pinot Noir is a gorgeous little thing made with hand harvested fruit sourced from high altitude vineyards in the heart of Mendoza. The wine is fresh, ripe and an incredibly clean style of Pinot Noir. It shows off beautifully and best of all... It actually tastes like Pinot Noir! This is a true accomplishment for a wine at this price level. Light and summery on the palate, bright delicate fruit combined with spice and floral notes. The finish is clean and juicy. This wine sees no oak and it shows in it's clean fruity style.
Seriously: EVERYONE will love this wine. This is not a case buy, this is a multiple case buy that we may never see again. Stock it. Stock it for your friends.
