"Clay House is a small boutique winery located in the California central coast town of Paso Robles.The grapes for the debut vintage of Adobe White come from their Red Cedar Vineyard outside of Paso Robles. This proprietary blend is 34% Chenin Blanc, 17% Chardonnay, 16% Roussanne, 11% Viognier, and 22% Princess.
The wine has a golden straw color, with floral notes of orange blosson and rose petal. Pear and apple aromas are also apparent. The full mouth feel is rounded out by the structure of Roussane. The finish is crisp, but balanced. The mouthwatering fruit flavors are of red apple and stone fruits.
