"Delightful floral aromas...somewhat similar to a top Pinot Blanc from Alsace but even more aromatic. The impression on the palate is of great freshness enhanced by a touch of CO2, but with the extra dimension of a silky, mouthfilling smoothness unusual in such a 'young' style of wine. There is an excellent balance and an explosion of fruity flavours ranging from apples to exotic fruit such as mangoes. The underlying concentration is evident in the long finish. Ideal with fresh seafood, and some of the more spicy Spanish tapas."
