Brilliant salmon in hue, it possesses fresh berry aromatics and a bright, crisp palate bursting with abundant notes of strawberry, watermelon, and rhubarb. This is a rose of serious intent that will work equally well at the dinner table or as a cocktail wine for your first patio party of the Spring.
The Chateau de Campuget dates back to 1640 and is located in the beautiful region of Costieres de Nimes. Wines from this region are most similar to those of the Rhone Valley, though it is actually part of the Languedoc. Crafted from 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache. This is a great wine with which you can welcome in the sunny days and warm evenings of Spring and Summer. Enjoy.
