Heus* Blanc is a wonderful blend of old vine Macabeo, Garnacha Blanca, Xarel-lo and Muscat from vineyards located just north of Barcelona. The wine is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
We have swung from the fences on this one it is so good. Bright straw yellow in hue, Heus* Blanc practically grabs you by the nose and pulls you into the glass with its aromas of fresh flowers and ripe apricots.The Houdini magic trick that young Mr. Serra performs here with a wine is quite remarkable. It is quite dry, with laser-sharp crispness at the front of the palate and loads of tropical fruit, white fruit and mineral elements that fan out like a deck of cards. It is simply brilliant!!
