Refund policy

Bin Ends offers a strict 30 day return policy for defective wines, spirits, and liquors. 

To be eligible for a return,  all products must be returning within thirty (30) days of the purchse date with a physical order confirmation, email order confirmation, or printed reciept accompanying the return. 

All returns must be intact with the original tags and lables attached.

To start a return, you can contact us at ecommerce@binendswine.com. Please note that returns will need to be brought to the store where it was originally purchased and picked up from.

If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund via the orginal payment method or you will be issued a store credit for future purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on sales items (i.e. Bargain Bin Wines).  The contents of any bottle you wish to return must be at least 80% full.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
